"The body is your first classroom..." — Miraya Dalmia
Hi, I'm Miraya.
I'm a 17-year-old from Mumbai who believes food is medicine. My journey started with a simple bake sale that grew into MasterChef4Many, which has now served over 350,000 meals to children across India.
I balance my IB academics (42/45 predicted) with research at St. Jude's Foundation and product innovation with To Be Frank. I am a certified Yoga Teacher and an athlete at heart, finding balance through movement and mindfulness.
My goal is to study Public Health and Nutrition to create systemic changes in how we approach healthcare through diet, ensuring that nutritious food is accessible to everyone, regardless of their background.
